Does the company need a legal address in Holland?
Every Dutch company must have a registered address in the Netherlands. It can be both commercial (including office, retail or even logistics) and residential premises. If you decide to register your company in the Netherlands, but you are abroad or do not have your own suitable business address (for example, your landlord does not agree to register a company at your residential address), you can apply for this service to companies providing addresses and office space on the territory of the Netherlands. Can I register a BV at my home address?
As mentioned above, it is possible to register a BV at the residence address of the company director who is a resident of the Netherlands. In this case, you need to make sure that the landlord or mortgage bank (if any) does not impose restrictions on such disposal of the house.
It is also important to understand that not every type of business can be organized within a home office. If you have hired (especially office) personnel, sell goods / works / services that can hardly be produced / performed / provided personally and at home, then the home legal address of your BV may raise questions from your counterparties, bank, tax ...
