How to order a standard service

Step 1. Choose the service you need, fill out the form and send an application.

If the request procedure caused you difficulties, you can always use the feedback form or contact us by e-mail or by phone to clarify the details. You can also ask your question in the online chat in the lower right corner of the page.

Step 2. We work on 100% prepayment, so after submitting the application, you will receive a confirmation to your email address and a link to pay for the service.

Step 3. After payment, you will receive a confirmation to your email address and a list of documents required to provide the service.

Step 4. Collect the documents according to the received list.

Please note that we, as official representatives of the Register of Tax Consultants, put our signature under the submitted declarations and requests.

Thanks to this, your documents are processed faster and are subject to less control.

That is why we work only on the basis of documents (their copies). In some cases, we may ask you to activate access to certain data in your personal account on the tax website. This will greatly speed up the process, but is not required.

Step 5. Having received your documents, we will send you a confirmation that your order has been accepted for work. You can follow the status of your order by QR code.

Step 6. Expect the processing result. After completing the order, you can leave your feedback about our work.

How to order an individual service

Step 2. Wait until you receive a preliminary offer by mail. After receiving the offer, you pay for it or clarify incomprehensible places.

Step 3. After payment, you will receive a confirmation to your email address and a list of documents required to provide the service.

Prices and payment

The price of standard services is indicated directly on the order page, by filling out the form you can calculate the price of your service. It is optional to order it. If your service has an individual character, then it makes sense to request an offer in advance.

Cancellation of application

If you no longer need a service already ordered but not yet paid for, just write us a letter about it or call us and your request will be canceled.
If the service has already been paid for, but is not yet in operation, then we will refund you the money in full or set them off for payment for other services.
If your application has already received the status "in progress", then the amount of work performed is negotiated and recalculation is made.
If for some reason we were unable to fulfill your order, we will refund your money in full within 10 working days.
