Partnership residence permit for citizens under temporary protection

Why might this be useful to you?
- The status of a partner residence permit is not temporary; after 3-5 years it can lead to obtaining a Dutch passport without the need to renounce Ukrainian citizenship (if in an official partnership with a Dutchman).
- At this time, you do not need to pass the language exam (A1) to achieve this status.
Should we be afraid of this transition?
No, because you can always return to temporary protected status.
What are the requirements?
- Your partner is a citizen of the Netherlands, a resident of the European Union or has a long-term residence permit in the Netherlands
- Your partner is registered in the Netherlands
- Your partner's income is at least €2154,60 per month.
- You are either in a registered partnership or marriage, or your relationship is more than 6 months old (which you can prove).
How to do it?
- You contact us by filling out the form below. In the form, indicate what your current status is, what your partner’s status is, what your partner’s annual income is, whether your relationship is formalized and whether you have children.
- We will send you an email with a link to payment and a list of required documents.
- You pay for our services and send us documents.
- We conduct an audit of your documents; if necessary, we will write down what documents are missing and where you can get them.
- When all the necessary documents have been collected, we will fill out all the necessary forms, agree on them with you and send them to IND.
- Once we receive a response from the IND, we will schedule an appointment for you to obtain your residence permit.
Service price
Basic request for a partner residence permit = 847 euros.
If your relationship is more than 6 months old, but an official partnership or marriage has not been registered = + 181,5 euros.
If you have children = + 484 euros for each.
