Huurtoeslag – rental subsidy
Huurtoeslag is a rental subsidy.
You can order the service online, it will take no more than 5 minutes.
Conditions for receiving a subsidy:
- Your age is 18 years or older;
- You and the people living with you have Dutch citizenship or a valid residence permit. This takes into account all those who are registered at this address in gemeente, regardless of what family ties you are in;
- You rent an independent living space (separate entrance and bathroom) - details on the tax website;
- Do you have a signed lease agreement?
- You pay the rent yourself and can confirm this with bank statements;
- Your annual income is low - the tax is calculated;
- Your savings in 2023 are no more than €33 per person, partners can have a maximum of €748 for two;
- Your rent is not too high: the cost of rent in 2023 should be within €808,06 per month;
- If all residents are under 23, the rent cannot exceed €452,20 unless you have a child living with you.

Service cost — 75 euro (with BTW) for one and 85 euro (with BTW) for two.
Alteration and stop the subsidy - 60 euro (with BTW)
We provide a discount of 25 euros if you have already ordered either a tax return or any other subsidy from us for the same reporting period.
