From March 1, 2023, a new season for the filing of annual tax returns by individuals in the Netherlands starts. What's so special about it? Of course, the fact that, together with the hospitable Dutch, thousands of Ukrainian refugees will have to submit declarations.

Since you arrived in the Netherlands after February 24, 2022, that is, you did not live in the country for the whole year, you will need to submit form M - more about it here.
