From September 1, 2022, Ukrainian male entrepreneurs will be able to make short trips abroad. Messagethat the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted the relevant resolution, appeared on the official government portal on August 19.
The departure of a Ukrainian businessman abroad during the period of the legal regime of martial law is associated with business goals: such as signing foreign trade contracts, participating in international conferences, and so on.
However, you can leave only under certain conditions:
- FLP and legal entity status private form of ownership, which is not in the process of termination of activity;
- timely submitted tax returns and no debt on payment of ERUs;
- the average salary of an employee in the organization - from 20 thousand hryvnia;
- get the opportunity to leave no more than 10% of the total number of employees, but not more than 10 people from one organization;
- deposit: FLP or the head of the legal entity must deposit 200 thousand hryvnia to an escrow account in Oschadbank (the money will be returned after the man returns from the trip).
Important! The duration of the business trip cannot be more than 7 days. However, 5 days for force majeure.
What happens if the man does not return?
In case of violation of the business trip conditions, the deposit will be transferred to the State budget for the needs of the Ministry of Defense. The company will never be able to issue new permits for employees to travel abroad, and the existing ones will be canceled.
How to book a trip?
The Ministry of Digital Transformation has developed a pilot project called “Vidryadzhennya” for this purpose. The mechanism for applying for a business trip is fully digitalized - participants will apply and receive permits through the Diya portal.
