Update: PNP (permit) for Ukrainians
Russian text below
We already wrote that Ukrainians can stay in the Netherlands for a 90-day term of rebuking, which can be continued on 90 days. We also guess that Ukrainians can apply for PNP without visa MVV that folding of the moving sleep (river A1). To ask for permission to live is now possible for a simple scheme. In addition, after a 90-day rebuy, another PNP is being continued, as this term has ended. So, as you have a letter of TPP, after the completion of which you planned to turn to Ukraine, but at the same time passing the term of the document, and there is no possibility to turn around, you can get enough in the Netherlands - there will be no problems when supplying new TNP. The same is true of the situation, if you have taken the PPP in your hands to Ukraine, but you cannot come back. Also, the IND will be “finger-toothed”, as when applying for a PNP, you will not be able to submit a single document from Ukraine.
Updates: residence permit for Ukrainians
We already wrote that Ukrainians can stay in the Netherlands after a 90-day stay, which can be extended for another on 90 days.
Recall also that Ukrainians can apply Residence permit without MVV visa and passing a language exam. That is, it is now possible to request a residence permit according to a simplified scheme.
In addition to the fact that after a 90-day stay, a visa is extended, a residence permit is also extended, which has expired. That is, if you had a residence permit, after which you planned to return to Ukraine, and now the document has expired, and there is no way to return. You can stay in the Netherlands - there will be no problems when applying for new residence permits. The same is true in a situation where you left for Ukraine with a residence permit in your hands, but you cannot come back.
Also, IND will turn a blind eye if, when requesting a residence permit, you cannot provide some kind of document from Ukraine.
