I applied for a refund from health insurance through one woman, she said that until May 8, the money would be in the account, the money did not come, but she said that everything was fine with the documents. What can I do in this case?

If we are talking about a zorgtoeslag request, then all payments for them occur on the 20th of the current month for the next month. You can also check the information in your personal account on the tax website. However, it is best to seek advice from the specialist who prepared the documents for you.
Our company also deals with requests for subsidies. If the need arises, they will be happy to help. Clarification of the status of the request through our company is paid hourly (60 euros per hour excluding VAT), approximately we will need 2-3 hours to figure everything out (get all the documents, check them, call the tax office, and so on). A new request, if necessary and after checking the current status, costs 60 euros + 21% BTW for one and 80 euros + 21% BTW.
