Dear colleagues, is it possible to open a representative office in Holland, get a tax number, legal. address, bank account with further submission of a visa category D, for doing business in Holland. An agreement with a Czech company with the transition from the category of a shareholder and director, to the category of an employee is supposed. Thank you, John
