I am unemployed, physically attached to my husband. I'm trying to build a freelance job on Upwork, but at the moment there are only 200 (two hundred) euros on my account. SP has not yet created.
Should I transfer money from there to a local bank account once a year and immediately indicate in the declaration
Or can I save money (on Upwork) and pay taxes upon transfer to a Dutch account (and not order fulfillment)?

thanks for your question. You have no obligation to transfer money from a foreign account to a local card. And, if you want to save up, then remember that you must declare income once a year for the previous year.
