Can an individual entrepreneur in Poland open a representative office of his company in the Netherlands? If so, what is the registration procedure?

Good afternoon, Vlad, thanks for the question.

Only foreign legal entities can register with KvK (Kamer van Koophandel). If you are a foreign self-employed entrepreneur, there are two options for doing business in the Netherlands:
1. Register a foreign legal entity and then open a representative office in the Netherlands.
2. Register a legal entity immediately in the Netherlands.
The most appropriate option depends on your activity and goals. Our lawyers can advise you in detail and choose the optimal scheme for doing business in the Netherlands.
