Sitting on IOAW uitkering, trying to be a middleman. My question: If I manage to become an intermediary and conclude an agreement, can I, as an individual, receive a commission? It is possible to open ZZP earlier, what if the deal does not take place? And if you open ZZP later, then the contract for receiving the commission cannot be altered. What is the best way to deal with this situation? And if an amount in excess of my allowance is received in my account, but I immediately send it to another account, will I have to report for this amount? Thank you in advance!

IOAW-uitkering provides that your income (together with your partner's income, if any) is below the subsistence level. If you have additional income, even if you immediately transfer it to another account, your financial situation changes. It is possible that you will cease to be eligible for IOAW-uitkering if you have such income. Regards, Nalog-nl team
