Currently, workers from outside the European Union are assigned to their employer. This situation sometimes leads to excessive exploitation of foreign labor. EU countries have approved an agreement that should ease the situation of foreigners working in the European Union.
European states have agreed that a fired or resigned migrant will have 3 months to find a new job; if such a person has already worked in the EU for two years or more, he will be given 6 months to find a job. European Union states will amend their legislation within two years, after which the new rules must come into force. Only those migrants who have worked for their first employer for at least the minimum period established by the law of the country will receive the right to time to look for work.
