We are talking about fat bikes that allow you to go faster than 25 km / h or have an engine with a power of more than 250 watts. As for the owners of such fat bikes, they must understand that, from the point of view of the law, this is no longer a bicycle, but a moped. Driving it, you need to have the right to drive, license plate, helmet and third party insurance.
