On January 27, 2023, the government website of the Netherlands published a new memo on payments to Ukrainian refugees. The memo is also available in Ukrainian.
The amount of food allowance will depend on the composition of the family:
- A family of 1-2 people will receive 215,06 euros per month for an adult or unaccompanied child, a minor will receive 142,57 euros.
- Family of 3 - 171,99 euros per month for an adult and 142,57 euros for a minor.
- Family of 4 or more people - 150,45 euros per adult, 124,97 euros per child.
Previously, every refugee, regardless of age, received 205 euros per month for food.
Payments for clothing and other needs will amount to 56,12 euros per month (was 55 euros).
When Ukrainian refugees live in families, the host family will receive assistance from the state in the amount of 93 euros per month per refugee. Previously, this allowance was 215 euros per adult and 55 euros per child per month.
