The tax authorities have increased the amount of refunds for the purchase of environmental materials for business. Now for the purchase of an electric car with solar panels, a 3D printer for ecological production, or even plastic from biomass, the tax will return you from 27% to 45%. For comparison: in 2021 it was from 13,5 to 36%.
To qualify for the Eco-Investment Credit (MIA), the investment must be at least EUR 2.500. The purchase must be new - there is no deduction for a used electric van.
The MIA deduction can be claimed along with the KIA small investment deduction. It can be obtained for the purchase of new computers for your business or, for example, office furniture.
