Does the ruling of 30% apply to the Kenningsmigrant partner?

Ruling applies only to the person to whom it was issued. That is, if it is issued to your partner, then it does not apply to you.

You can get the ruling yourself if you meet the conditions:

• your employer is on the IND list;
• in the last 2 years before your 1st working day, you have lived for at least 16 months more than 150 km from the border of the Netherlands;
• you have already signed a work contract;
• you come to work from another country.

If you receive ruling regardless of the partner, then both partners in your family will have a tax credit.
