Functions:
- Incoming calls
- First contact with new clients
- Maintaining a shared email address: info@nalog.nl and distribution of customer letters.
- Keeping a calendar of consultations
- Functions of the assistant director of the company (carrying out personal assignments, planning the manager's working day, maintaining and scheduling a calendar of meetings, etc.)
Experience as a secretary and basic knowledge of English are desirable.
The company's office is located in Nieuwegein (Utrecht), therefore, preference will be given to candidates living in this region.
The salary amount is discussed based on the interview results. A formal work contract with the prospect of a permanent contract. The main language of communication in the company is Russian.
