And from July 1, 2020, this period will be further increased, then partners, in addition to this working week of vacation, will be able to receive another five-week vacation, while retaining 70 percent of their wages. That is, in total, the partner will be able to spend the first month and a half of a newborn's life at home.
In addition, those who decide to adopt a child can now also count on a longer leave to be adopted into the foster family. Previously, this vacation was only 4 weeks, but now it has been increased by as much as 2 weeks. This time is paid in full.
