Good news for those who would like to obtain Dutch citizenship. The inburgering procedure will be simplified for those who already have a job at the time of submission. These lucky ones will be exempted from having to take part of the exam, namely ONA (orientation in the Dutch labor market).
The reason for this exemption was the understanding that if someone demonstrates the ability to function in this very labor market, he does not need to pass this part of the exam.
It is essential to demonstrate that the requester has been employed for at least six months for at least 48 hours per month in the twelve months prior to the request.
