Hello dear Stepan.

Yes, it is possible to work and come on a business trip on behalf of your Hungarian company. The maximum duration of a business trip is 90 days a year. For Ukrainian citizens with a biometric passport, it is not necessary to obtain a visa for this.

If you are a shareholder in your company and you want to come on a business trip, then you also need to become an employee in your organization and draw up a contract (since a shareholder is not an employment relationship). However, the fact of business trips will not give you any rights to become a Dutch resident.

If we assume that you have a residence permit in Hungary and have lived there for at least 5 years, then based on this you can request 'EU-langdurig ingezetene' or in Hungarian http://www.bmbah.hu/index.php?option=com_k2&view=item&layout=item&id=43&Itemid=373&lang=hu - a residence permit, which will subsequently allow you to apply for a permanent residence permit in Holland.

You can also get a work visa if your Dutch partner signs a contract with you. However, for this, he must be registered with the immigration service of the IP, and also pay you a certain rather high salary.
