Good afternoon .. I have been working in the Netherlands for more than three years .. But for a company that sells my working time .. I wanted to start working directly with a mercenary .. For this, as I was explained, I need zzp registration .. During my interest I learned that already this number is impossible to have without a kvk number .. I'm a little confused .. ZZP can be said to be an analogue of an individual entrepreneur and its registration takes place in KvK - the Chamber of Commerce of the Netherlands. To do this, please write us a letter describing your situation and your wishes in terms of registering an individual entrepreneur to our email info@nalog.nl
Only one remark, if you are in the country as a CM (highly qualified specialist), then parting with the hiring company can be problematic in terms of obtaining a residence permit. Therefore, in the letter, also write on what basis you were in the IP (what kind of visa do you have or your citizenship).
