Good day. Please tell me if I can receive child support if I am registered and live in the Netherlands, and my son is in Latvia?
As soon as I registered in the Netherlands, Latvia stopped paying child support.
What should I do?

In this case, you may receive child support. Need to ask SVB. But there are a number of conditions, for example: you need to prove that you are sending the amount to the child every month.

You need to contact SVB and request a child support.
To request child support, you need to request it yourself using the SVB website. https://www.svb.nl/nl/
Login to the site is possible through DigiD or through Cross-Border authentication.
