Good afternoon!
On November 9, 2018, I arrived in Amsterdam. At the end of November 2018, I found a job as a waiter in a restaurant, I worked officially. At the beginning of December 2018, I received money on the card in a few working days in November. December worked all the way and received my salary in the first days of January 2019, and also announced that I was quitting. As I know, you need to warn about leaving a month before. But, the employer said that I could not work for another whole month, since there are enough people, and I can get money for a few days in January in early February on the card. Last week I started teaching English on Skype. The amount is still small, even 400 euros will not be a month. I read on your website that I can not register a private enterprise with such a small income. Tell me, do I need to fill out a declaration? And how should I enter money for classes that go to the card?
Good afternoon!
If you have lived in Holland for only part of the reporting year and you have had an official job, then you can submit an M-form declaration in this case.
There is a possibility that some of the taxes will be returned.
M-form declaration – declaration for those registered in Holland for less than a year.
If you have received a notification from the tax office about the need to file an annual return, then you must do this within the specified tax time frame.
If you have not received the notification, then the annual return can be submitted at any time during the next 5 years.
For 2018, the annual return can be generated after 01-03-2019, when the tax authorities provide the opportunity to generate reports for 2018.
The cost of filing an M-form declaration is at least 80 euros + 21% BTW = 96,80 euros per person, a more accurate cost can be announced after receiving your documents.
You can fill out an application for filing an annual declaration on our website. https://www.nalog.nl/tax_report_2018/
