Hello! Please tell me. I have been living in Holland for several years. My husband moved in with me last August. Can I file a regular return for two for 2019? Or do I indicate him as a fiscal partner in my declaration and he submits a separate form to himself?

Yes, if your husband arrived in August 2018, then you can submit a joint declaration with your husband for 2019.
