Good afternoon!
From November 1st I will be living in the Netherlands. Can I work remotely for a company located in the Russian Federation until December 31, 2020? Is it necessary for this period (November-December) to pay taxes in the Netherlands or will the 2020 tax year be closed completely in the Russian Federation?

good day, Elena!
You must declare your income in Box 1 as income from other jobs. Income tax will be calculated based on the total amount you earn in a calendar year. If you receive such additional income annually, then it is more profitable to open an EMZ. If this is a one-time receipt, then it is easier to declare it as income from other work

Good afternoon, Alla,
Thank you for your question.

Yes, of course, you can work remotely for the Russian Federation. If the tax office does not send you a letter with a request to fill out a tax return, then there is no need to show income from remote work.

Good day! I live in the NL on a highley skill visa. A one-time part-time job for a company in the Russian Federation in the amount of more than 16.000 is planned. How to spend it on taxes? Do I need to report?
