Good day! Filling out the M form for 2019 rested on the availability of accounts and real estate in Russia as of 1.01.2019. She returned to Holland with her Dutch husband and family on April 30.04.2019, 2013, and left for Russia in XNUMX for work. I have not declared anything before. How important is it to declare all this and can it be verified?

The property must be declared. However, there is nothing to be afraid of: according to the rule for the avoidance of double taxation in the Netherlands, you will not have to pay anything extra.
Savings in bank accounts may not be declared if the amount of savings (all, worldwide) does not exceed 60 euros (for 720).
In addition, if you are the owner of a rouling, you are exempt from the obligation to declare real estate and savings.
