Good afternoon!
I work in the Russian Federation as a tutor, I work with a language school under an agreement, and I also give private online lessons (NAP in both cases I pay myself online). The income will be credited to a Russian bank card. Soon my husband KM and I are moving to IP. As I understand it, we will be fiscal partners.
Can I continue to pay NAP in Russia? If so, will I need to declare this income in the NL and how to do it?

Thank you!

Good afternoon Elizabeth

Since you will be located in the Netherlands, in order to provide your services remotely, you need to register in the Netherlands as an entrepreneur. In any case, as a tax resident of the Netherlands, you must declare all your income from all countries when filing your tax return.
