Hello,
initial data – third year in the Netherlands on a Kennismigrant visa, respectively temporary residence permit.
Is it possible to open your own company (i.e. become self-employed) and provide your services without a permanent job or contract.
Good afternoon.
Your residence permit as a CM obliges you to meet the conditions of this residence permit. Namely, to correspond to the level of salary and to work for hire in a company that is an official referent (list on the IND website).
In addition to this work, you have the right to run your own business.
If you quit your current job, then you have three months to re-register with a new employer.
If you find a potential employer, but he is not registered as an assistant, then the situation is solved using payroll.
Our friendly company Expatrix.nl provides such services. Please contact to clarify the details, we will try to help you.
