Arina, good afternoon!

EMZ (eenmanszaak) is a form of entrepreneurship. This way you will be registered in KVK, and ZZP (zelfstandig zonder personeel) is one of the forms (not a legal term) indicating that you are an EMZ (individual entrepreneur) without employees. That is, until you hire anyone, both terms EMZ and ZZP apply to you. As soon as you hire workers, you will remain EMZ and cease to be ZZP.
