At the beginning of March, I filled out an electronic declaration, signed a DigiD
Now I got a paper shape (M). Do I need to fill it in too?

Sergey, hello.
Yes, if you received a form from the tax office, you must fill it out. Form M is submitted only if you have not lived (were registered) in the NL for a full year, in other cases you can submit declarations electronically through your office on the tax website.
