Please tell me how the sale of shares issued by the company while working in Russia is taxed, but
- were sold while still in Russia, in the middle of the year moved to Holland
- while they were in Holland, they started up and were sold (became available for sale) from part of the grant that was issued while working in Russia, the money for the sale went to an account in Russia
Also, what is the taxation method for those issued in Holland, there is a 30% ruling
Didn't find how to get advice.
Thank you
Anna, good afternoon,
You have become a tax resident of the Netherlands only from the moment you register here at your place of residence. This means that everything that came before is not interested in the tax authorities of this country.
After registration, you became a tax resident, which means you must declare your income, but since you have 30% tax, you are not required to show income from another country. That is, again, you don't have to show your Russian income. This rule will remain in effect as long as there is taxiing.
You must declare the income that you receive now if you receive it from a Dutch company. In this case, all taxes are deducted by the company itself, you just have to reflect this in the declaration. If these are all the same incomes from Russia, then they again need not be shown, since as the owner of the taxi, you are exempted from declaring income from other countries.
We hope that this information will be useful to you and will help you to solve your question. Have a nice day.

Thank you very much, since 2018 have helped a lot!
Several clarifying questions
Do I understand correctly that when I am already a resident here, the company will deduct taxes from the sale with RSU for me?
How can you find out the RSU tax rate, does the tax rate affect it?
How to tell if a company is Dutch? (The company itself is American, the stocks are in eTrade):
There is a grant issued for work in the Russian branch (i.e., theoretically, even if I quit, I can sell what I ended up with
not being employed there any time after), but there is a grant already issued here in EMEA HQ (BV).
Anna,
Unfortunately, this question goes beyond the question-answer format and requires a more detailed description of the situation from you and a more detailed study (clarification) from us. If you want, you can sign up for a written consultation (by e-mail). To do this, you need to write us a letter to the address info@nalog.nl, in which you indicate that you need written advice and describe the situation in detail, revealing specific terms. We will be happy to help.
