Good afternoon!
Please tell me: I registered ZZP since April 1, but I would like to take into account the income from January 1 and pay taxes from them too. I have already sent invoices for April (No. 1), May (No. 2) to my client, can I send an invoice / invoice (No. 3) to myself for income from January to March to take into account my income for the previous months of 2019?
BTW -0%, I provide IT services to one company in Germany, I send them an invoice every month - like a salary.
Thank you very much!

Elena, good afternoon.

Alas, you unfortunately cannot show income received before registration as income from business. This income will have to be indicated in the “income from other work” column. What you can do is expense what was involved in preparing to start the business, if any. It is important here that these are, in fact, the costs associated with opening and registering a company.

In principle, you could ask the tax office to register your business retroactively, but alas, this is only for future knowledge.
