The monthly amount of a part-time job will be about $ 1500. Is it necessary to open an IP in this case? As far as I understand, we are still obliged to pay taxes on this amount. The only thing is that if you have a main job, your husband will not be able to be considered an entrepreneur for the tax authorities, since there are several criteria (1225 hours per year and more than half of the income should be from entrepreneurship). This means that he will only be able to take advantage of the tax rebate for small and medium-sized businesses, namely, withdraw 14% of income from taxes.
Another option is to register an individual entrepreneur for you or as a joint venture, and then it is possible to use tax credits. However, in order to understand how profitable this story is and whether this method is worth considering at all, you'd better calculate everything in detail with all the discounts.
