My wife, who has lived permanently in the Netherlands for the past few years, has applied for a pension in Russia due to the onset of retirement age. How to correctly reflect this fact in the Dutch tax return? More specifically, will the following answers to the questions of the declaration be correct:

Zijn deze inkomsten belast in Nederland volgens het belastingverdrag dat Nederland heeft gesloten met het betrokken land? – answer: Ja

The pension received from abroad falls into box 1 in the section on income from abroad.
At the same time, this type of income is subject to a double taxation agreement.
