Good afternoon!
I moved to the Netherlands as a qualified migrant and get 30% taxiing, so I can not enter data on my savings abroad in my tax return during active taxiing and pay taxes on boxing 3.
But the question is, does this rule apply to my tax resident partner without 30% tax? Can he transfer savings to a local account and not declare these assets?
If not, is it possible to transfer money from the account of my partner from abroad to my bank account?
Thank you for your reply!

Good afternoon, thanks for the question!
The steering rule does not apply to the partner.
It can be a good idea to transfer partner money to your account, as you have the right not to declare it. However, the bank may have questions about the origin of this money.
