Hello! I have such a situation, my wife and I arrived in Holland in July last year, but registered at gemeente only in August. I'm kennismigrant, it doesn't work. I have a verified taxiing. My salary was paid taking into account taxiing, but the first month, since we were not yet registered with gemeente, the payment was significantly less. Tell me if a return for the first month is possible, and some other tax refunds for me and for my wife. As I understand it, I need to submit Form M, do I need to submit something for my wife? So far nothing has come to us from the tax office.

You don't need to do anything for your wife, since she did not work and did not pay taxes, and was registered in the NL for less than 6 months, which means that, alas, you cannot request a return to an inoperative partner for her this year.
