Good afternoon I'm interested in this question. My husband has minus 7350 euros, i.e. losses, and in the declarations for previous years the losses were always indicated in my tax return, but now they are not. How so?

Valentine, losses in box 1 can only be offset against income in box 1 of the same person. You cannot transfer them to your spouse. Deductions (aftrek) can be distributed among the spouses.
