Duties:

• Advising clients on immigration law matters.
• Preparation of necessary documents for obtaining a work permit, residence permit.
• Advice on acquisition of Dutch citizenship.
• Assistance in the preparation of documents required under the laws of the Netherlands.
• Submission of documents and support of the procedure for obtaining the necessary documents in public authorities.
• Advising clients on labor law issues.
• Preparation of employment contracts and local regulations.
• Resolution of labor disputes.
• Conducting pre-trial proceedings on issues of labor and migration law.
• Representing clients in court.

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of Dutch legislation in the field of labor and migration law.
• Experience as a lawyer in migration and labor law from 2 years.
• Experience in consulting companies will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of languages: Russian (oral and written) - excellent, Dutch - at least B1. Knowledge of English is desirable.

Requirements:

• Official employment under Dutch law.
• Office work in Nieuwegein (Utrecht), free parking for all employees.
• 5 day work week. Flexible schedule, irregular working hours.
• 7,5 hour working day (instead of 8 hour). The duration of the working week is 37,5 hours, with payment of 40 hours per week.
• Vacation 20 working days +5 additional days.
