According to the European Commission Decision No. 2022/1108 dated July 1, 2022 some goods intended to help Ukraine were exempted from paying import duties and taxes.

We are talking about essential goods intended for Ukrainians affected by the war. Not only goods that are delivered to the Netherlands to help Ukrainian refugees are exempted from these fees, but also similar goods exported from the Kingdom of the Netherlands to other EU countries and Ukraine. The exemption applies only to essential products with the code 9919 00 00 60 in accordance with the Global Commodity Classification System.

You can apply for the exemption of humanitarian cargo for Ukraine and Ukrainians from customs duties by e-mail.
