On Wednesday, January 20, at his press conference, the Prime Minister of the Netherlands Rutte announced his intentions to introduce a curfew throughout the Netherlands.The next day, the Second House adopted it, but with the amendment, the curfew began on Saturday and half an hour later.

Exceptions
According to informationposted on the official website of the Government, you can go outside only in cases of extreme necessity, which are indicated there.
So, for example, exceptions are made for people who are forced to go out at the request of the employer. They must have with them Employer Statement for Curfew (Werkgeversverklaring Avondklok)
This Statement states that this employee's work outside the home during curfew is essential to the company. The decision on the need to issue such a Statement remains with the employer, no state authorities are involved in such an assessment.
But it must be remembered that in addition to the employer’s application for curfew, such an employee must also have a second document with him - Personal statement for curfew (Eigenverklaring avondklok)
It states your personal reasons for leaving your home during curfew. These reasons, in addition to the need for work, include travel abroad and from abroad, attending a funeral or helping people or animals in need. Higher education exams, summoning a judge or prosecutor, and participating in a live television program are also permitted exceptions.
Therefore, if you have a need to go outside for the above reasons, you must definitely have a Personal Statement for Curfew (in paper or digital form) with you.
Alternatively, you can go outside after 21:00 to walk your dog.
For violation of the curfew, € 95 fine.
