The Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment will abolish mandatory reporting for small businesses in the final calculation of temporary employment support (NOW). If a company has received less than € 25000 in aid, it may not report to auditors for this aid.
Additional inspections are planned for companies on a selective basis. Is the amount of the payment they applied for the correct one? In cases where the amount of assistance exceeds 25000 euros, entrepreneurs must contact the administrative office, tax consultant or accountant for a report.
The ministry writes that 60% of the companies receiving the payment have fewer than ten employees. For them, administering is often a weekend task, and if you add to this a mandatory audit report for companies, the task becomes much more complicated.
From June to August, more than 63 companies received support, under which 000 billion euros were disbursed. Earlier, in the first stage of payments, almost 2,1 billion euros were transferred to companies.
