According to the latest information published by the Government of the Netherlands since June 15, 2020 it is planned to start accepting applications for the TVL program, designed for small businesses operating in the most affected sectors of the economy.

 

What is this?

TVL is a program aimed at reimbursing fixed costs (rental of premises and equipment, maintenance, insurance and other long-term contracts). The maximum amount of compensation can be 20 euros, which is paid within 000 months, however, the calculation is carried out individually based on the specific situation and type of business activity.

With 01.06.2020 on 31.08.2020

 

Who fits the program T?

To apply, you must cumulatively meet the following criteria:

  1. Legal entity (BV, Stichting) or entrepreneur (EMZ, VOF) registered with the Chamber of Commerce (KVK) before March 15, 2020;
  2. There is a loss of revenue of more than 30% due to the consequences of the coronavirus;
  3. Your main or additional type of activity is indicated here;
  4. You have at least one office or commercial premises in the Netherlands, the address of which does not coincide with the place of registration of the director and / or shareholder and / or person registered as an entrepreneur. This requirement does not apply to organizations with the following activities:
  • 56.10.1 - restaurants;
  • 56.10.2 - fast food restaurants, cafeterias, ice cream parlors, grocery stores, etc.
  • 56.30 – Cafe;
  • Mobile service provision (market trading, taxi services, auto-moto schools and amusement rides);

5. The company is not bankrupt and has not requested a deferral of the fulfillment of financial obligations to creditors through the court;

 

What documents will be required?

  1. Extract (uittreksel) from the Chamber of Commerce (KVK);
  2. Documents confirming the presence and amount of fixed business expenses (contracts, invoices);
  3. Copies of the office lease agreement (s) and / or a document confirming the ownership;
  4. Bank statement showing transactions for 2019 and 2020.

 

Application will be made through the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO).
