The administration department of Nalog.nl is looking for an administrative worker. Office work in Nieuwegein (Utrecht).

Requirements:

- active life position;

- good learning ability and self-learning ability;

— excellent spoken and written Russian (proficiency in Ukrainian will be a plus);

– good Dutch (min. B1);

- the ability to independently plan a working day and prioritize;

- skills in writing business letters and official inquiries;

- ability to work or the ability to quickly master the work in CRM programs;

— good knowledge of the advanced functions of email programs (Gsuite, Gmail) and the ability to work with them (setting tasks, setting labels and filters, setting deadlines, etc.);

- correctness;

- benevolence;

- stress tolerance;

- non-conflict.

Functions:

  • Handling incoming calls;
  • First contact with new and potential clients;
  • General email management;
  • Maintaining a calendar of consultations;
  • Functions of the referent of the director of the company (fulfillment of personal assignments, planning the working day of the head, maintaining and planning the calendar of meetings, etc.).

 

Experience in administration and basic knowledge of English are desirable.

Salary will be discussed based on the results of the interview. Official work contract with the prospect of obtaining a permanent contract. The main language of communication in the company is Russian.
