Good afternoon. I have been living in the Netherlands for 3 years now. In St. Petersburg, my daughter has a share in an apartment for less than 3 years. Now we have decided to sell the apartment. A question about taxes. How much should I pay for a sale of only 13%? Or another 30%. And about double taxation. Will I have to pay tax here too?

Good afternoon, Olga.
Thanks for the question, you will not have to pay sales taxes. You need to look at the balances on your accounts as of January 1 of the reporting year, you can calculate the tax on savings on our website https://www.nalog.nl/box3/
The bank may have questions about the purity of the origin of this money, then they will need to provide documents on the sale.
