Hello.
My name is Stepan. I have been living and working in Holland for 2 years as a programmer (expat). At the end of 2017, I found a small part-time job at Upwork and did a small assignment for an American company (I did not sign any contract). Now they offer me to help them in the evenings (work - about 2 hours every day). However, it is not entirely clear to me how it is with the payment of taxes in this case.
Do I understand correctly that at the beginning of 2019 I will need to fill out a tax return, in which I indicate how much they transferred to me for the year? Is it possible to open an IP, and is there such a concept at all?
Best regards,
Stepan
It is better to draw up a contract with the employer for the performance of work - opdarachtovereenkoms
This income will be added to your main income and taxes will be withheld at the tax rate.
You will also need to pay for ZvWpremie.
If you need a consultation, then the administrative department 60 euros + 21% BTW per hour, consultation of the director 120 euros + 21% BTW per hour.
Best regards,
Natalia Ruban
