Good afternoon, Can you please tell me who can open an individual entrepreneur in the Netherlands? Only the one who has a residence permit? Or you can open an individual entrepreneur without a residence permit: just living in NL on a Schengen visa for the first time (3 months) and working remotely for a foreign company (Great Britain), paying taxes in NL as an individual entrepreneur? Can the presence of an individual entrepreneur then become the basis for obtaining a work visa?

Thank you for message. You can open an IP only if you are a resident of the Netherlands. Those. must have a residence permit + Dutch residence permit or EU passport.
