Payment of eigen risico by the company.

Good afternoon. In April 2021, I had an injury at work - I dislocated my shoulder. The general manager took me to the hospital, there are papers from the hospital confirming that the injury happened at work. My insurance sent me a bill indicating that treatment at the hospital is fully covered. But eigen risico must be paid (I practically do not use the services of doctors). Should my company pay eigen risico? Thank you!
