Good day! In a year, my 30% taxiing will expire. I own property in Ukraine. After the taxiing expires, I plan to start filing it in the tax return. Will I have to pay tax on this property in Holland (Box 3)? Thanks for the answer!

No, you won't have to pay tax on real estate in Ukraine. In the Netherlands, such real estate is exempt from taxation under the double taxation law.
