Lubomyr, good afternoon.
If you are going to work under a contract as an employee (not as a self-employed person), then your tax number will be your BSN - that is, your citizen registration number. You will receive it from your local municipality (gemeente) upon registration. If you are an EU citizen and want to work without a residence permit, then your employer may request a tax number for you, but this is at his discretion.
